主要用途: Main Application

      該機(jī)組適用于制藥、食品、化工等行業(yè)。具有風(fēng)冷、無篩網(wǎng)等多種性能，它不受物料粘度、軟硬度及纖維等限制，對(duì)任何物料都能起到較好的粉碎效果。特別適用于粉碎帶纖維的中藥材、帶一定油性的物料。

The machine is applied in industries such as pharmaceutics, foodstuff, chemicals and etc, with features of cool air and no sieve or screen. It is not limited by the viscosity, hardness, softness or fiber shape of the raw materials, and has good effect to all materials, especially to those Chinese herbal medicines with fibers and those with oils.

工作原理: Working Method

       該機(jī)由加料斗，分級(jí)輪，粉碎刀片，齒圈，粉碎電機(jī)，出料口，風(fēng)葉，集料箱，吸塵箱等部分組成，物料由加料斗進(jìn)入粉碎室，通過高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的刀片進(jìn)行粉碎，調(diào)節(jié)分級(jí)輪與分級(jí)盤的距離來達(dá)到所要求的物料細(xì)度，高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的風(fēng)葉把達(dá)到要求的物料從粉碎室通過負(fù)壓風(fēng)引到下料器中，沒有達(dá)到要求的物料繼續(xù)在粉碎室中粉碎，粉塵經(jīng)布袋或?yàn)V筒過濾回收，該機(jī)組按GMP標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計(jì)，結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單，操作清理方便，噪音小，產(chǎn)量高，設(shè)備采用不銹鋼材料制作，粉碎過程中無粉塵飛揚(yáng)。

The machine is composed of feeder, grading wheel, pulverizing blades, gears, pulverizing motor, discharging gate, fans, collection box, dust collection box and etc. Any raw material, being feed into the grind chamber through the upper feeder,, designed according to GMP standard, is made of stainless steel, with the features of easy structure, convenient operation and cleaning, low noise and high capacity, avoiding dust flying in production.

操作及注意事項(xiàng)：

1、使用前，先檢查機(jī)器所有緊固件是否擰緊，皮帶是否張緊。
2、主軸運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)方向必須符合防護(hù)罩上所示箭頭方向，否則將損壞機(jī)器，并可能造成人身傷害。
3、檢查電器是否完整。
4、檢查機(jī)器粉碎室內(nèi)有無金屬等硬性雜物，否則會(huì)打壞刀具，影響機(jī)器運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。
5、物料在粉碎前一定要檢查純度，不允許有金屬硬雜物混入，以免打壞刀具或引起燃燒等事故。
6、機(jī)器上的油杯應(yīng)經(jīng)常注入潤(rùn)滑油，保證機(jī)器正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。
7、停機(jī)前停止加料，如不繼續(xù)使用，要清除機(jī)內(nèi)遺留物。
8、定期檢查刀具同篩網(wǎng)是否損壞，如有損壞，應(yīng)立即更換。
9、使用時(shí)機(jī)體會(huì)有微小振動(dòng)，一定要將機(jī)蓋連接手柄擰緊，避免事故發(fā)生。
