鉀長石選礦設(shè)備永磁磁系，用于提純長石，提高長石白度。

長石的基本結(jié)構(gòu)單位是四面體，它由4個氧原子圍繞一個硅原子或鋁原子而構(gòu)成。每一個這樣的四面體都和另一個四面體共用一個氧原子，形成一種三維的骨架。大半徑的堿或堿土金屬陽離子位于骨架內(nèi)大的空隙中，配位數(shù)為8（在單斜晶系長石中）或9（在三斜晶系長石中）。長石晶體多數(shù)主要呈板狀或沿某一結(jié)晶軸延伸的板柱狀。雙晶現(xiàn)象十分普遍，  雙晶律多達20多種。常見的有鈉長石律、曼尼巴律、巴溫諾律、卡斯巴律、肖鈉長石律雙晶。它們分別存在于三斜晶體或單斜與三斜晶體中。

富含鉀或鈉的長石主要用于陶瓷工業(yè)、玻璃工業(yè)及搪瓷工業(yè)；自然界中的長石原礦純度普遍不高，如果想用于陶瓷工業(yè)，一般需要先提純，影響長石白度的較主要的因素就是賦存于長石中的氧化鐵雜質(zhì)，以及在生產(chǎn)加工過程中產(chǎn)生進入的機械鐵雜質(zhì)。所以需要對氧化鐵和機械鐵分別進行清除。

?云南某客戶為露天開采的長石礦，礦石中石英含量較低，原礦含鐵＞0. 3%，1200°燒后白度為42，礦石中的鐵包括磁鐵礦、鈦鐵礦、赤鐵礦、云母等含鐵硅酸鹽，且有部分含鐵粘土礦物。

該礦部分礦石較為疏松，性脆，利于破碎作業(yè)。

該礦的小型選礦試驗分為干式磁選作業(yè)及濕式磁選作業(yè)兩部分，小型試驗證明，在較粗的粒度下，由于該礦含水量較高，經(jīng)過強磁選，雖然能將含鐵量較低，但除鐵效果不如濕式磁選明顯，該礦中-1mm的部分，除鐵效果更為明顯。

半工業(yè)試驗在我公司制造的干式強磁磁選機上進行，該機為四級磁選，其中首先級為GCTL-II型，其余三級磁選為GCTL-I型，對該機磁場指標實測后可知，GCTL-I三級磁選工作磁場峰值均＞15000Gs。

半工業(yè)試驗用樣為500kg，經(jīng)鄂式破碎機粗碎經(jīng)1.5mm粗篩篩分，篩上粗粒進入細碎型顎式破碎，細碎樣再使用輥式破碎機（間距）進行進一步細碎，細碎產(chǎn)品合并后磁選。

破碎產(chǎn)品直接給入工業(yè)機型除鐵，磁性物產(chǎn)率約為10%，磁性物粒度較細，可見明顯的黑云母等含鐵礦物，除鐵后產(chǎn)品Fe2O3含量為0.07%，1200°燒后白度＞60，說明該機經(jīng)過4級磁選后。

長石除鐵效果與礦石中含鐵礦物的物相、粒度、嵌布形式等有明顯的關(guān)系，使用磁選工藝時，能對不同粒度的含鐵礦物，特別是較粗粒度下的含鐵包裹體有明顯的除鐵效果，磁選是長石等非金屬礦物除鐵的有效工藝。
