GT系列滾筒篩產(chǎn)品概述:

   GT-系列滾筒篩是我公司為電廠、焦化廠、建材、冶金、化工、礦山等行業(yè)而研制的推薦篩分設(shè)備，它克服了圓振動(dòng)篩和直線篩在篩分較濕物料時(shí)出現(xiàn)的篩網(wǎng)堵塞問(wèn)題，提高了篩分系統(tǒng)的產(chǎn)量和可靠性，受到廣大用戶(hù)的一致好評(píng)。

   滾筒篩是由六角形滾筒、機(jī)架、漏斗、減速器、電動(dòng)機(jī)五個(gè)部分成。破碎的石料進(jìn)入滾筒后， 靠滾筒旋轉(zhuǎn)的離心力及跳汰作用來(lái)篩分物料。通過(guò)不同網(wǎng)目的篩網(wǎng)逐一篩出。不同規(guī)格的石料篩出后經(jīng)漏斗落入皮帶機(jī)送至成品料場(chǎng)。一方面隨著滾筒轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)而被篩選，靠滾筒旋轉(zhuǎn)的離心力及跳汰作用來(lái)篩分物料。一方面粒度大的石料沿著滾筒的斜度向前流動(dòng)，通過(guò)不同網(wǎng)目的的篩網(wǎng)逐漸被篩出。不大的石料篩出后落入各自的漏斗，然后由人工運(yùn)出或自流送往成品堆。

GT系列滾筒篩工作原理:

   T-系列滾筒篩它利用機(jī)械方法，通過(guò)數(shù)片并列的篩條構(gòu)成篩孔并形成篩面。篩筒旋轉(zhuǎn)利用物料的自重進(jìn)行篩分，篩筒內(nèi)的3根聯(lián)接軸高于篩面，它能將大塊物料撥騰起來(lái)，從而加大了篩分效率，并借助篩面斜度使物料向前運(yùn)動(dòng)，較終落入破碎機(jī)中。小于篩孔尺寸的物料從篩孔落下，即獲得了篩分目的。
